It is part of orientation. Every Duke player needs to learn how to walk around campus in a boot because at some point in the season he will.

Yeah he was reportedly in a boot a while ago, said it was preventative and that he would be ready to play in the Canada games in August. Would be disappointing bring if he is missing practice time with his new teammates, but better now than later.

Tre Jones was also supposed to be recovering from injury. Haven’t heard any updates on him.

Joey Baker looked taller than I expected next to Zion "Z-Will" Williamson. His measurements for the USA U19 team had him listed at like 6'4" or something like that. He looks both tall and big enough to play the wing. Looking forward to seeing these guys on the court next month.

Baker measured 6'8" in shoes, so not sure where the 6'4" thing comes from. He's 6'6" or 6'7" without shoes.

He is likely to be a combo forward at the college level, not really a true wing.
