The time change helped me. I made it to the gym this morning for the first time in a while. Also, I've gone 3 weeks without eating 'sweets' or 'deserts'. That's a big thing for me, I love and crave deserts. Man can I eat some chocolate chip cookies and ice cream. I've lost a few pounds just by taking some sugar out of my diet. Told myself this weekend that if I just add a little exercise I could really start to make progress. Hopefully that holds true!
