I was determined not to just nibble out of boredom. Started my resistance band training again. And stationery bike.

Also have been walking my dog more often and for longer jaunts. (My substitute for walking around the B-school and campus for meetings and coffee breaks.) His daily routine of sleeping has been shattered.

Combining those with joining Noom in early January, I’ve lost 16 pounds (194 to 178).
