How would Jay have compared to Kyrie but for the motorcycle accident?
The funny thing about Jayson Williams is that he isn't Jayson Williams. It's Jason Williams. And to avoid confusion with Jason or Jayson Williams, he changed it to Jay. So we can call him Jay or Jason. But Jayson Williams is not on the table (and I'd like to separate Jay from a murdered but don't have issues comparing him to White Chocolate).
In terms of Jay vs Kyrie, I think Jay would be a better distributor and defender (the latter of which isn't hard to believe) but little chance he could have the scoring prowess of Kyrie. I think Jay could have been an All-Star, but there isn't one part of his game in the NBA that screamed, "Holy crap this dude is great".
