Pretty interesting article about Justice developing an art collection. Lots of complimentary comments.
It is cool that we attract such bright and interesting young men to the basketball program who are also credits to the university.

'When I got on the bus for my first road game at Duke, I saw that every player was carrying textbooks or laptops. I coached in the SEC for 25 years, and I had never seen that before, not even once.' - David Cutcliffe to Duke alumni in Washington, DC, June 2013
That is what I found so compelling. He is DEVELOPING a collection. He is doing the investigation, using an advisor, considering the value, and learning about art and the entire process, recognizing that he doesn't have the current income that he will likely have in the future. Overall, the portrait of a mature, thoughtful and interesting person.

The article had a lot of interesting details:
-There was a women's off-campus art collaborative where Justise used to go to get away from basketball and have his mind expanded. That could have been its own reality series
-I would love to listen to a roundtable of NBA art collectors talk about their purchases and preferences. Segment 1 - Justise and Amare STAT
-I'd also like to see a documentary about the experts who introduce these young millionaire athletes to different high money fields - art, real estate, watches, wine, etc.
-I am surprised they didn't mention the program's other big time art collector, #33 - http://www.granthill.com/hill-ventures/fine-art
