No problem. The search feature here is fair. I found my old reviews on another site but mentioning it is frowned upon.

That'd be an interesting side-by-side with Old Tuffy and/or Yosef.

"Base" Baltic Sunrise, the coffee version or the BBA variant?

I’m not sure I have ever had this. It’s amazing. I taste a lot of similarities to New Glarus Belgian Red. A little more brown/amber in the color. A little more pink tinge to the head (which lasts a long time). Similar flavor profile and depth. Just a terrific beer.
I'm not sure they've ever brewed it before. I've had a couple prickly pear brews and it sounds like I'll have to add this to my list for a couple weeks. Fascinating comparison with the Belgian Red.

Which one? Some Hardywood brews make it to Winston-Salem (and Raleigh) and I'm starting to see some Ardent Craft Ales in Raleigh, but, of course, none of the *really* good ones like accfan and Nrrrrvous deliver.

Some delayed replies; busy/productive day at work and then a couple more hours of fuse, err, azalea cutting upon arrival home.

It’s really good. Like, “*might* be better than Lime” really good.

Well, based on that, I'm not waiting a couple weeks to embark on my Mas Agave expedition, hoping to find Prickly Pear, Lime and Grapefruit.

    Prickly Pear >> Grapefruit

And happy to hold one for you. Four-bagger secured at Barrel Chest (but now down to three, obviously).

That'd be great! Thanks!! I'll let you know if I find any tomorrow on my beer-hunting expedition. Did you get enough of the Lime and Grapefruit variants? Ya know, in case they have an extra 4 pack or two at Total Wine tomorrow.

Happy to. I’m getting some Lime from RJ later in the week.

Hmmm, might have to save a couple New Glarus surprises you've never had before then as traders.

I liked it better than the lime too. Not a big fan of anything grapefruit so I passed on it.
