Interesting to raise the employment question. Certainly not a Mystery as they went out of business a couple/three years ago.

Ha! Our three children and their spouses each got one of the duplicate cans at Christmas, but, that's enough Family Tree stories.

BTW, great to see you and chat during VP yesterday. Hope you didn't see any extra pink elephants and/or green lizards/snakes after your Belgian "vacation" yesterday.

A leftover classic West Coast IPA found in the guest fridge this weekend and consumed after an arduous drive back home this evening.

Rumor has it someone's husband spent about $12 for this at an airport sometime in the last few years...

Equally good second can of this TIPA, even with a date of DEC18/2020 on the label.

Are we rating solely on the beers?

Or on location, ambiance, associated food, waitstaff?

Hmmm, I'd ask RJ199 for clarification. I'd rate on products alone. For example, a couple years ago we visited the Lagunitas and Ballast Point facilities in Chicago and I came away very impressed with the total packages WRT your questions, and, although their beers (we had 2 or 3 flights among 3 people) were very, very good, I'd still rate Veil and Hardywood above them.

So many great beers/breweries, so few $$ and time.

I have to check with my Probation Officer to see if I'm off of "beer-buying probation". I will say, the supplies have dwindled considerably over the last month.

I violated probation (but my corrections officer hasn't discovered that yet ) last week for Vacation VP when I bought 8 singles for the event and consumed 4 of them over the course of the week, leaving 4 as DNP-CD but thankfully, none entered the dreaded transfer portal.

    NoDa Jam Session Pale Ale

Mrs. Tripping grabbed a four-pack of this for me over the weekend, because she liked the package and thought I hadn't had the beer before. It had a little bit of "funk" in it. I wasn't expecting that. Of course, I haven't had a traditional "pale ale" of any kind in months. Decent beer, but not what I would call "outstanding."

Oh funny. I found a four pack of this on Ocracoke and tried it. Had one there and the rest yesterday back in. Asheville. I also found it unremarkable, but also inoffensive.
