We'll have to start including "chunk factors" in our reviews. IIRC, this one was mildly chunky. Be prepared for that Peach Coconut Milkshake IPA from Shortfuse Brewing. Chunk factor will be high on that one, but not unpleasant at all.
That one is on deck for the weekend! (Not the Weeknd)

    Might not survive tonight...

I may have to continue my Stout sampling with these new ones from Three Notch'd. But I need to definitely get some Hardywood before I get more of these.

So many beers, so little cash...

    Well done, Daft Punk.

Again, I'm really anxious to read about this one from another palate.

I'm just weeding out the weaker liver cells so that the other, stronger ones can thrive!

Now that there's funny stuff. I try to exercise, eat a relatively healthy diet, not worry about work too much and get 7 hours of sleep each night to help with the restoration pathway.

I am bringing a beer sampler to the Super Bowl watch party on Sunday - a whopping 5 of us unless my sister's former neighbor follows through on flying out here for the game. (Doubt he will - he is only in middle school, I think.) I purchased the following last night to be part of the sampler - I have no idea if they will be good. Any beer reviews would just be thumbs up or down since I doubt I be able to be any more specific than that.

    Boulevard Tank 7 (American Saison)
    Boulevard The Calling (Double IPA)
    Boulevard The Sixth Glass (Quadrupel)

Remaining Boulevard in the rotation: Whiskey Barrel Stout, Bourbon Barrel Quad, Unfiltered Dry Hop Wheat, Snow & Tell, Tasting Room Strata/Citra IPA, and Bully! Porter
Also have one of their "Worth The Wait" from after last year's Super Bowl and a Prairie Artisan Ales Bourbon Paradise

Quite the quality assortment!! Of the top of the head, I believe I've had Tank 7, The Calling, Sixth Glass, Bourbon Barrel Quad (aka BBQ and probably Bully Porter. I'll search for some old reviews. Prairie Artisan Ales are outstanding beers (I've probably had 5 or 6).

This offering from 2019 sounds/looks like the one I had last PM though this year it is called Magnificent and only has berry and vanilla on the label.

    Beer temperature check:

"Generally, the bigger and boozier the beer, the warmer the temperature can go, but this is not necessarily true. Belgian-style dubbels are malt- and yeast-forward, often chocolatey and sweet, with fruity, banana-like esters. Both dubbels and quadrupels are ideally served in the low- to mid-50s."

    Last one:

"The tripel, however, is tricky. Paler in color, lighter in body, and spicier in yeast character, tripels are often drier and have a higher ABV (7 to 10 percent). But, because they are bottle-conditioned and more similar in style to a golden ale, they tend to do better at lower temperatures, between 40 and 45 degrees."

    Still in the Frigidaire.

But The Evidence is quite the concoction. That blueberry color is amazing. And just the right sour balanced against just the right hoppy. Extremely well executed. Glad Nrrrrvous was willing to part with one.

More than happy to share! Next up in that line is The Sentence...

    8% ABV

The Sentence is a brand new Sour Double IPA brewed with milk sugar, Nelson hops, passion fruit, peach, tangerine, and Sauvignon Blanc grape juice. Tastes like champagne and Sunny D.

If I can sneak up there this weekend I'm going to pick up a 4 pack or two.

Be motivated to unveil that one soon. Prior reviews are evidence
