They had several 4 packs of that in Wegman's when I bought my two 4 packs of Coffee-Infused BBA Sexual Chocolate in cans last week. It was the 2018 version. It was sooooo tempting but I passed when I thought about December deliveries I'd received from Winston-Salem, RVA, Chicago, Ohio and purchases I'd made myself.

Credit-Nrrrrvous; a delicious and refreshing thank you!!
    Style-BBA ice cream/milkshake porter
    Format-old fashioned 12 ounce bottle
Stemware-Hardywood 2018 GBS tumbler (alternatively, I coulda slurped this from an ice cream bowl )
Appearance-clean dark brown; small, tan head
    Aromas-vanilla and baker's cocoa
    Mouthfeel-cold, wet, sweet
Tastes-milk chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, dark caramel and vanilla
    Lupulin species-Simcoe
Grains/Malts-Pilsner, mild ale, flaked oats, Cara 8, Carafa Spezial II
Adjuncts-lactose, Madagascar vanilla beans, Ghanian cacao nibs
    Yeast-Scottish ale
    Other-"Description Cred Six 3"
    IBU-20
ABV-9.05% (tasted more like 9.1% to me )
Overall impression-chocolate/vanilla ice cream in beer form; quite tasty
Ymm, Beer rating-upper cat 2, sniffing at low cat 3; based on creativity and execution
    Worth pouring again last PM:

    Soft Serv-South Street Brewery

I'd move this into the lower tier of cat 3 after savoring it again, mainly based on a moderate amount more bourbon on the palate which conjured up images of chocolate and vanilla ice cream drizzled generously with bourbon.

Thanks again to Nrrrrvous!! Fun beer.

Correct. Waiter told me they had so much 2019 Dead & Berried unsold due to the pandemic slowdown that they didn't release a 2020 version.

That is the question I find myself asking... myself this afternoon. (Small Austin Powers reference there)

Solo trip to the mountains this weekend and I don't think there is much left in the fridge up there.

Maybe a couple more Veil smoothies. Been feeling like I need a Vitamin Boost...

Unfortunately, thanks to {apparently successful, but general-anesthetic-worthy} outpatient surgery this morning, I’m on the DDL (drinking disabled list) until tomorrow.

You'll be permitted to "start drinking in the AM," correct?

Sunset sky while walking on the beach reminded me of a Veil berry smoothie beer. Getting thirsty.

    Kidding. Mostly. There'll still be a 5 o'clock tomorrow, even if it's 5PM.

Hmm, sounds a bit later than usual. I'll start looking at Tripping Wine in about a month for those 4 packs.

Yeah, typically January. But it’s been, shall we say, an “odd” year.

I’d put their portfolio of IPA’s against anyone’s.
