Style-smoothie style, fruited sour ale (aka another Veil creation)
Format-pint can (inverted but not rickrolled 30 minutes prepouring)
Stemware-Hardywood teku
Appearance-tropical smoothie
Nose-berries and stone fruit
Mouthfeel-pulpy
Tastes-the strawberry and peach were relatively easy; my wife tried gaslighting me guessing "grapefruit," really; I'd have never guessed persimmon and yuzu
Adjuncts-^^^^; toasted black sesame seeds and milk sugar
IBU-doesn't matter but probably <10
ABV-doesn't matter, either as "it's not beer" but the almost unreadable pink on pink tiny font claims 5.5%
Overall impression-another strange yet very delicious Veil concoction; paired quite nicely with grilled salmon, kale salad and sauteéd spinach
Ymm, Beer rating-low cat 3 as the fruited, sour gose/NEDIPA/milkshake/"not beer" category is getting crowded

I think I also gave you one of these as part of your Veil mixed 4-pack. I thought this one tasted like juicy juice. I'm not a huge fan of strawberry, so this one wasn't my favorite mix of flavors. But it's very Veil and fruity.

Juicy #23 - Lickinghole Creek - 7.5 %

Getting called for bedtime, so just wanted to say Thanks Nrrrrvous - I loved this DIPA. Topaz & Mosaic - So Good!!

Low Cat 3 in a very good way. I don't give that out lightly to IPA's.

This is one of the few Veil that I haven't sampled yet. Will have to try harder after the holidays...

And I have a feeling I may even sneak in a trip to Big Lick, Twin Creeks or Parkway at least once over break since I'll be on that side of the state. May even go for a drive and end up at Wild Wolf for some Blonde Hunny and whatever else they have available. But if I go there, then I have to stop by Devil's Backbone since they are practically next door...
