If I have a 90 Minute IIPA and a 120 Minute IIIPA tonight, should I take 210 minutes to drink them?
Close enough:

There's a reason their name is Clown Shoes...

Lighting the fuse at Barebottle in Santa Clara.
What a zoo.
Barebottle Mosaic Microgreens
First their 5oz flight pours are way close to the 8oz mark.
This is a tropical mosaic delight.
A surprisingly super hop “dusty” finish.
For a brewery I’ve never heard of, this is a great start.
Barebottle Lil Enigma
The enigma is whether or not I like it.
Not a bad beer. Definitively different from the mosaic.
Barebottle Tropical Gummies
Ooooo....this is a new/fruit hop lover’s dream.
Juicy, juicy.
Barebottle Amarillo Dust
Interesting to side by side with the Mosaic.
Mosaic wins out, in a close contest.
I know my palate is not the sharpest, these two beers are very similar.
I'm settling for these as a snack tonight:

Barebottle Citrus Shakes
Winner, winner empanada dinner!!!!
Hazy milkshake IPA.
Smells like grapefruit, tastes like an orange julius.
Woo! 🍻
Overall ranking for Barebottle so far:
Citrus Shakes
Mosaic Microgreens
Tropical Gummies
Amarillo Dust
Lil Enigma
To be fair, no losers on the list.
Lil Enigma was less so with food, and perhaps unfairly judged above.
I tried to be selective with my choices given there are at least 15, maybe 20 beers on tap.
If they were stingy with their pours, I’d consider another flight.
Given their generosity, I may have to be selective about further tastes.
