Hey fuse, there may be hope:

"Beginning in February of this year, we’re initially distributing close to our home market. As the first wave of a phased rollout, cans will appear in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, and New York."
Perhaps NC is not too far behind...

I'll not add much to the beermeister's comprehensive review above except maybe my perception of some floral aromas and hints of grapefruit on the tastebuds. I'll guess IBUs in the 20-30 zone. Some players in the beverage from their website:
Grains: Local Pale Malt, Local Raw Quick Oats, 2-Row Base Malt Blend, Munich Malt
Hops: Nugget, Cascade, Comet, Azacca
Yeast: House
Spices/Other: Coriander
This was a delightful ale, especially with a homemade salmon Caesar salad for dinner this evening.
Another round of cheers for fuse for selecting this as part of his delivery earlier this month. Thanks!!

Prince Juice, a raspberry cream ale - raspberry beret Prince reference -pours ruby red, added lactose and 180 lbs. of raspberries. Out of Cuyahoga, Ohio. Not too tart or too sweet. Lots of raspberry up front, no hoppiness, really clean and tasty. Probably my first fruit cream ale, very tasty. Great on a warm day.
all I know is that the beer I had for lunch, Lush (!) from Frost in Hinesburg, VT, has taken the focus off my day. So be it.
My first brew from EvilTwin Brewing. Grand Cru, maple bourbon barrel aged stout and barley wine style ale blend. 12.5% abv. This was similar to the founders better half, you get the maple up front, warm bourbon finish. A bit thinner than the founders, I guess because of the Barleywine style. This was a 16oz can not a 750 ml bottle like founders. Highly recommend, assuming you like the style. Really tasty, easy to drink -scarily easy to drink.
Today I learned about the origin of the Italian pilsner.
Interesting reading.

TrippingWilliam, you keep your receipts?
I have to say it is fun to come to another area/state and pickup beers that sound interesting, beers you can’t wait to try, and then review them. Going to Athens tomorrow and JackieO’s. Already have Warped Wing and Zaftig’s in the box.
