Chicanery is still a good descriptor. Hardywood could even use it, too.

A Stella/Brewer's Kettle/Wise Man trip is on my radar for next week...

Been awake since 0630, finished an hour walk and arrived at the office at 0900; about to finish seeing a somewhat busy, but not full, AM office schedule, take a 15 minute break for some yogurt and granola and embark on a moderately busy afternoon office schedule, too. Want a weather report?

Hey Bob Green, do you want a zoom virtual pub room for Saturday?
What time?
Two from this weekend:
Berserker
Ore Dock Brewing Company
NEIPA
7.5% ABV
50 IBU
"A hopped-up fury of orange haze and lactose run amok on clouds of Kveik."
Poured on the darker end of the IPA range. Thick head. Grapefruit seemed to be the defining flavor for me. Drinkable and quite nice. Was gifted to me from a friend.
Genevieve
Sun King Brewing Company
6% ABV
23 IBU
Amber Ale
"Gen Con® Beer 2020 — Every summer, thousands of gamers from all over the globe flock toIndianapolis to take part in Gen Con®, a yearly tabletop gaming convention. And every summer, Sun King brews a beer in tribute to the event.
Due to current events, this year’s event won’t take place in Indianapolis. But that doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate thespirit of Gen Con® by brewing a beer.
Genevieve is a Belgian/Abbey-Style Amber Ale - as voted on by Gen Confans - with malty sweetness and a fruity, sweet, and spicy character"
Both fruity and sweet as the description indicates. Will likely enjoy several more
Thanks to OPK!!
And, BTW, the Collaboration Not Litigation ale I mentioned in my PM was a strong Belgian-style ale; not authentic but a wonderful substitute for a real Belgian product. Sadly, it's no longer brewed but was quite well done. I'll try to find my old review, if it still exists, but, that might be crazietalk...

Missed a UPS beer delivery today because my teenage son couldn't seperate himself from his video game enough to let me know they were at the door. I was upstairs on a conference call but could've signed for it. Now I must wait another day...
This generation, whatever it's called, need to get their priorities in order!
