Agree, I was thinking about posting but realized I was not in the same galaxy.

Okay, party people, here's the skinny on Saturday's virtual pub:

Time: 4:30p, until (early start because the Mr. and I have to be somewhere across town at 6p, we were just told), but feel free to join the fun whenever.
    Zoom meeting ID: 813 5105 6291
PW: everyone's favorite coach (last name only, first letter cap'd)
    Theme: German beers

Now, in the interest of full disclosure: the Zoom app told me, when I was programming it for this, that since I have the 'basic' plan, I can only schedule meetings for up to 40 min for 3 or more people. Does anyone know what happens at the 41 minute mark? Do we all turn into pumpkins? If so, do I need to get an upgraded account? I mean, I like pumpkins and all--it is the pumpkin-spice-latte time of year--but I'd like to hang out with y'all for more than 40 min if possible. Suggestions?

    Looking forward!

No IT/Zoom answer from me; I'll depend on fuse to answer that one.

Early set Tripping Billies. Minarets a couple songs later. And the always-awesome Crush. So far.

And Dark Lord 2017 is the easiest-drinking high-gravity beer I have ever had. Goes ... down ... smooooooth. Extremely well-crafted.

    I'm hoping you realize it's 15% ABV...

I think for the free Zoom accounts that the call will just auto close after 40 minutes and kick everyone out.

I’m happy to set up a call if you like, just let me know. (In the maybe too much info department, my company has granted personal use of our corporate Zoom account as a COVID era perk.)

As long as I don’t end up Under the Table and Dreaming after the Virtual Pub, it’s all good.

One drink to remember, and another to forget.

BTW: Like you, Dave is more of a wine and whiskey guy. At least his songs are, anyway.

absolutely - so thankful to get home in time for some beer and DMB. I caught Samurai Cop (probably first time I've seen it live) with a west-coast IPA from my stepdad for my birthday

Beergoddess (and I) say yes please! We prefer more than 3 participants and more than 40 min limit
