Unsanctioned beer cocktail

Far better than Ocean Spray and with about 5-6% ABV. Some sweetness from the apple and tartness from the cranberry with hints of wood aging. Rather delightful.

I'm not sure I'd do this with any other beers/combinations but the NG brews really tend to blend almost flawlessly. I've got some Triple 5 that I might try this weekend or sometime in May with several of the fruit beers. Ymm, Beer is fun and educational.

Nose-pine and grapefruit
Mouthfeel-bitterer than I thought
Tastes-grapefruit, pine, rind, orange and light caramel

IBU-probably 40
ABV-7%
Overall impression-good but not great NEIPA; resembled a west coast IPA more than a NEIPA
Ymm, Beer rating-mid/upper cat 2; lotsa entries in this recent field and this is above decent; worth a single and happy to have traded the others

Nobody else ventured a guess.

The highest was Qatar at US$11.26 per 330ml bottle.

The lowest was South Africa at US$1.68 per bottle. (Apparently they all buy their beer in bulk!)

The Czech Republic had the highest consumption rate at 468 beers per person per year.

Germany spends the most per person per year at $1907.78. (I must be above average. Mrs. Nrrrrvous swears I spent that in the first quarter of 2021!)
