Be my guest/have at it!! I'm gonna "hide" my review (yea, more crazietalk) until Destination Vacation Virtual Pub on Saturday when I'll copy/paste it here. Quite curious as to what you thought about and it is gnawing at me. So much so, I may have to have some of Mrs. dd's chocolate chip cookie dough before it's baked into real cookies .

Okay, okay. Fanboy gotta fanboy.
New Anthem The Vapors IPA
Galaxy & Simcoe with lactose. Oh wow! Hazy but bright yellow pour. Boatloads of citrus flavors. The lactose really smooths this out. The mouthfeel is incredible. 7.1% ABV. I’d put IBU’s in the 40’s. Another terrific NA beer, and I’m thrilled to have three more of these in hand.
"Amazing what a minute can do."
I'd post "agreed" or "ditto" but you/I/we can do better than that. Pretty similar tasting experience. Some tropical and stone fruit flavors to me, too. I only bought one so I could "spread the sporkz" around NC coastal beers this weekend for OPK's Virtual Vacation Pub. Hope the 3 other different NA brews are close to this one in quality.

Likely pour a dessert beer for a night cap and save the other coastal NC brews for the rest of the week/weekend.

What a timely article to read today in the Raleigh News & Observer (from the NY Times):
"With Pastry Beers, Have Your Cake and Drink It, Too"

Ha! Here's where I saw that "8000 breweries" info:
"But the more than 8,000 breweries nationwide need to attract more customers by looking beyond “hard-core beer drinkers,” said Greg Engert, the beer director and a managing partner of the Neighborhood Restaurant Group, which operates beer bars across Washington, D.C., and the Grand Delancey in New York City."

Hmm, looks like it'll be a pastry beer to celebrate NSCU and Marquette wins.
