Looking more like a "at least we have better beer than they do in Tuscaloosa."

Credit-Christmas gift from younger son in law; thanks!!
    Style-umm...
    Format-12 ounce can
    Glass-snifter
    Appearance-unfiltered raspberry jooce!!
    Nose-berries and vanilla
    Mouthfeel-juice with a small bite
Tastes-blueberries and vanilla ice cream and a splash of orange
Adjuncts-blueberries, vanilla (lots of it!), pomegranate and lactose
IBU-"no IBU" claimed on Untappd but I'd guess 30s
    ABV-8.5% (another beer shake )
Overall impression-well crafted; lots of fruit and vanilla and minimal bitterness
Ymm, Beer rating-low cat 3; not quite a Veil smoothie but very palate pleasing

Well, not on the COVID or Smoked Meats threads.

You are correct about Frog Level however.

BBA & coffee-infused. My first-ever can of SC. Terrific. The coffee flavors balance well against the barrel aging. Top notch juice.

I got two 4 packs at Wegman's (no typo) last week for $12 each plus tax. Really looking forward to this as I found the original SC in a can from ~January 2020 to be quite tasty, too.

Credit-Christmas gift from younger son-in-law; thanks!!
    Style-hazy IPA
    Storage facility-pint can
    Receiving facility-snifter
Appearance-tropical fruit juice; generous, frothy head
    Nose-grapefruit and orange
    Mouthfeel-Dole or Del Monte
Tastes-lotsa grapefruit juice and rind along with a generous helping of OJ and zest; some dank
    Adjunct-lactose
Hops-Citra, Idaho 7, Galaxy and Cryo Simcoe (in case there are any home brewers reading)
    IBU-probably 50s
    ABV-7.5%
Overall impression-juicy, fruity and dank; good combo of hops; if they tossed in some vanilla, it'd be a milk shake
Ymm, Beer rating-close to cat 3 but not quite; still very good and paired well with some leftover pork tenderloin, mashed sweet taters and roasted asparagus

I had the opportunity to sample that beer several times in the 90s while visiting my parents and brother in Oregon as we enjoyed skiing on some fine Oregon "concrete" (known in the Rockies as Colorado Champagne, IIRC) on Mt. Hood on multiple occasions and once at Mt. Bachelor.

    From last PM:

    Canis Mexicanus-Wolf's Ridge Brewing

    Local for the buying guy.

    Credit-son of devildeac; thanks!!
    Style-flavored RIS
Format-bomber (no worries folks, I only had half of it last PM)
    Packaged on-Aug/07/2020
    Glass-snifter
Appearance-deep, dark brown; small, mocha head
Nose-baker's chocolate, cinnamon, java and some chili pepper
    Mouthfeel-roasty and toasty; smooth
Tastes-hot cocoa, cinnamon, coffee and some low Scoville Heat Units as it warmed a bit
Adjuncts-oats, chili peppers, cinnamon and cacao nibs
    IBU-60 (Untappd)
ABV-10.8% (again, only half a bomber, didn't want to get sloppy)
Overall impression-y'all know what I generally think about "pepper" beer but this was excellent with a nice blend of IBUs and ABV with coffee and spices to balance the heat
Ymm, Beer rating-low/mid cat 3; sipping my second portion on night #2
