What would stop me from NOT GOING TO HIS SHOW but pretending like I did and posting about it online? I mean, I'd be lying but he is a public figure and I think I can say pretty much anything I want without falling prey to the libel/slander laws... I think.

Just bizarre. Essentially unenforceable. First Amendment will trump most of NDA except as to truly "confidential information."

The prohibition against "offer[ing] any opinions or critiques" on social media is just ridiculous.

The whole thing sounds unmanageable to me, until I consider that his audiences will swell into the dozens due to his comedic talent. Unless he could bring Kate Beckinsale to the venue ...

I know that Red Panda is the queen of halftime entertainment... but the baby race at Friday's Pelicans game has to be one of the greatest halftime shows in history!

Ignore the :10 of silly billboard at the top of the video and just sit back and watch the epic 3 minute race that had more twists and turns than an Agatha Christie novel.

Great take off! I wonder if she got the Peleton in the divorce?

If you like it full screen with subtitles (my handicaps see showing!), try the YouTube version:

My sense is that she would have to wait for a proctologist to extract it from her ex.

I love the new-found sense of subtlety RR displays.

That photo sure brought back memories. At first glance it looked a lot like Card Gym back in the 60's.

10,000 penises washed up on a beach in California.

Ok, just kidding... it was 10,000 "fat innkeeper worms," which look remarkably like... well... you know.

Christianity explicitly teaches us that there were no penises involved in the first Christmas. It's pretty much the point.

We find these all the time while we are digging up clams in Tomales Bay, but usually just one or two at a time.
Here's one from last summer along with a moon snail.
