Maybe not in that video but the attached article shows the colors in differing ambient light and it is an interesting phenomena to see it going from white/gold to black/blue. https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/...lue-dress.html
The camera angle gives a higher angle off of center for the right side of the street (left picture) than the left side of the street (right picture). When the two are viewed next to each other, we see very different angles right next to each other. Our brains might then interpret the pictures as being different.

I don't think anybody can call foul on this one. Although the square labeled “A” appears to be darker than the square labeled “B”, they are actually exactly the same shade of gray.

While it appears that the overlapping arcs are spiraling into infinity they are in fact only a series of concentric circles.
