So sad. Eagles have always been one of my favorites.

Sad news indeed. The Eagles were a good one. I saw them in concert at Comiskey Park in 1978.

Whoa! Mrs. dd just texted me this. So many favorite Eagle tunes over the decades.
[redacted] them and the horses they rode in on.
Unfortunately, he had to Check Out of the Hotel... I loved the music. May he rest with Angels and know his peace.
I don't recall what year it was, but it was a long time ago when I first heard Desperado on the car radio, and I wondered who was singing it. I kind of liked it, but forgot about it for a while. A short time passed, and I heard it again, and this time the station's DJ said it was The Eagles. Along with Chicago I have every album they recorded, but I listen to The Eagles more than Chicago, by a long shot. Glenn Frey and Don Henley in my mind were the driving force of the band, but I developed a liking for everybody that they ever had on stage with them. Glenn's passing deeply saddens me. God bless him. May his music live on.
This one stings. A lot. RIP.
