I've heard from several people who have made their recent Amazon purchases through the portal on the alumni band's web page. It's easy and helps our band fund stipends for band members and cover other expenses which are part of operating a Division I program.

There are indeed multiple ways to support the band! One way is a direct contribution. Purchasing through the Amazon link is another way.

Not mentioned on the web site is a a fundraiser my tailgate group will be conducting during the football season again this year.

The point is to spread the word about the multiple choices available and encourage others to support the band's financial needs.

Don't they have Band Boosters at Duke?
Joking aside and as a former parent of a marching band player ( and VP of the Band Boosters) its a shame that with all the money this university has the Marching Band needs to rely on handouts.
