They've been having fun today. Hard to get a good sense of the slope except that while taking the pic at the top of the hill, I'm even with the roof-line of the Duke blue house on the right.

Freezing rain here, doom is obviously upon us.
Well it's a lovely 62 here in sunny Fayetteville and the forecast is for between 6-12 inches tomorrow, starting mid-morning.
Go figure.
I'd volunteer to send some of tonight's offering up to -jk and weezie but might get demerit points for it. Wake County cancelled schools today. Total snowfall so far=0. Nice plan.

The snow has started falling in Hampton Roads. The call was made today for folks to stay home from work tomorrow so I get a snow day. Personally, I'd rather go to work that put up with the irritating white stuff. Oh well, I have all the essentials required when one is snowed in: beer, canned chili, chicken pot pies, bologna, bread, mustard, frozen pizza and other assorted healthy foods.
