    'The Shot' painting

A few months ago, I posted a link to a poll in which you all voted on the next series of Duke paintings that I would paint. One of the overwhelming favorites was Christian Laettner's shot against Kentucky. My intention was to release the entire series at one time but once I finished the piece, I couldn't wait to get it out. With that said, I am proud to present to you my newest painting, "2.1 Seconds that Last Forever" depicting Christian's memorable and often replayed game-winning shot over Kentucky in the 1992 NCAA Tournament. Let me know what you all think of it.

I've received a couple of messages about the size of the print. The image size is 16x24" and the total size with the white border is 16.5x25".

Posted your link on the UK website. Enjoy. Nice work. I can't promise they'll all be nice, but it could be interesting . . .

No comments there yet, but KYtotheCore makes an amazing introduction: "Talented Artist Draws Flawless Picture of Back of Deron Feldhaus' Head... Laettner also pictured."

My neighbor down the street, who is from Kentucky, basically stopped talking to me once she found out that I was doing this painting. I can only imagine what might be said on that forum.
