also depends on who is more likely to fund the attorneys until the other backs off or settles....i'm no TM or Patent attorney, but i've been involved in numerous TM, SM and Patent situations where i found that a fat wallet has advantages...

I see the N is straight, not curved. Close, but not quite the same. Curious if UNC's helmet logo was similar back then. (there's a website with helmet designs over the years out there.)

It was a website I maintained as a hobby. One reason I gave it up was in fact Wikipedia; I got tired of spending weekends with maps sprawled across my apartment just to have other people rip off my content. Anyway, when my site died someone asked me about the content and I let him have anything he wanted,and to his credit he's kept working on it over the years.
