Andre Dawkins: “People ask me if I can still shoot, and I ask them if they can still breathe. That’s kind of the same thing.”
Miles. Austin played his heart out, too.
Quel est si drole de la paix, de l'amour, et de la comprehension?
Miles for his toughness and unexpected scoring contribution.
Miles close second to Rivers.
Miles, although Cook and Austin deserve props too.
Rest up, let's see who is next.
Miles made some great plays today--but I couldn't vote for him because he also made a couple of the worst plays--like the pass at the end of the first half and the pass that was intercepted in the second half. I voted for Quinn Cook because he made some good plays and also brought exceptional energy and drive off the bench in his limited minutes. But it's hard to single out anyone in a game where most of the team did at least a couple of good things and and a couple of bad things.
I really don't get Miles on this one...someone explain...I think he was pretty close to even on good-bad plays. In addition to the two throw aways...one of which was REALLY bad; he lost several passes and a couple of rebounds wherein it looked like he was trying to grab the ball with boxing gloves on...
Bob Green
I voted for Miles. Rivers had a reasonable chance, but I just can't overlook some of his really bad early turnovers and his really bad blunder at the very end. Those marred what was at times a really terrific performance by him. He made some really huge buckets down the stretch.
This was tough voting. Miles for that stat line and a good effort but I almost abstained after thinking about a couple of passes to nowhere or to f$u players.
