I'll see your Google Reader and raise you NetNewsWire on my MacBook Pro. I have around 50 feeds that it consumes for me, and I pop open a new tab in Firefox for every article that looks like it deserves reading. I try to prune things down during the week, but there's no way I can keep up. By the weekend I typically have over 100 tabs open, so I take a few hours on the weekend to trim off 90 of those.
Digg is on my list, but the majority of my feeds are super nerdy. I have a subscription to every feed at ArsTechnica -- it's a fantastic site for anything tech related, with mini-sites for different niches (one for gaming, one for Microsoft, one for Apple).
