My sister-in-law's husband is a comedy writer and puts together a live comedy show in the style of a old-time radio show. I've listened to a few shows and it's pretty darn funny. There are some good actors in it (Marc Evan Jackson, Paul F. Tompkins, Scott Aukerman, Matt Braunger, Samm Levine) that you may recognize from Mr. Show, Inglorious Basterds, etc.
