Scheyer finalist for Oscar Robertson award

The final 16 for the Robertson award, presented to the nation's top player, by the United States Basketball Writers Association.

Curiously, Scheyer is the only ACC player left. I would think that Mr. Vasquez was cut a tad early.

I would argue that Aminu should most definitely be up there before Aldrich, and the evidence could certainly be made for Vasquez. Other ACC players (Booker, Delaney, Landesberg) could be pushed for as well, though they would definitely be borderline cases. Still, it's easy to say the ACC could have put in a couple more candidates (though I'm sure one could bring up similar misses in most power conferences).
