Retired numbers on the sideline board

I apologize if this has previously been addressed; I couldn't find reference to it through a search of the forum. I have noticed that the revolving sideline display that runs down the accomplishments of Duke basketball occasionally lists the retired jerseys, but JJ's and Shelden's numbers aren't listed. Anybody know why? Thanks in advance.

quick correction to my initial post: the board recognizes all-americans, but still only lists the retired jerseys through Jason Williams. FWIW, the images of the retired jerseys are of the original banners, not the new ones that all match each other.
