Shav to sit out season

Not that this is a big surprise considering there's 1 week left in the season, but according to the
recaps from today's game:

Sixers F Shavlik Randolph, out since he fractured and dislocated his left ankle in practice on Nov. 30, said he won't return this season. Randolph held out hope he could play in the final games, but said he was only about 60 percent healthy and was considering playing in the summer league.

From what I hear, Shav's ankle dislocation was a very, very gruesome injury. I was told that it was so bad, some of the 76ers players ran off the practice court and a few of the players actually threw up, no joke. I hope Shav's rehab goes well and he comes back strong next year...

I heard similar stories about the horrific nature of Shav's injury; I think some players were practically moved to tears.
