Wasn't he in .38 Special?
This is mostly for those that were between the ages of 16 - 25 in the 80s.
I'm taking a personal day today and in-between calls with the ll.I.R.S. and doing laundry, I'm watching VH1 Classic.
Man. They just went back-to-back with Eddie Money. In the 80s, I thought he was just okay, but after watching it today, wow, he sucks.
Just asking y'all.
If 10 = Kris Lang as sex symbol suck
and
1 = Not suck at all
Where do you rate Eddie Money in terms of awesomeness in the 80's?

Wasn't he in .38 Special?
Hi,
What exactly do you mean by that question?
Best regards,
Jeffrey
She was shakin'
Snapping her fingers. . . .
(I'm okay with E$).
Did he have any other songs besides that one with Ronnie Spector?
Answer choices should only go up to nine. It's like percentiles; there is no 100th percentile, because you can't be better than 100% of the people (which would paradoxically include yourself). Similarly, Eddie Money can't suck as much as Fleetwood Mac. That said, I'm pretty ambivalent on him. I voted 5.
He sucked just enough to go Platinum 4 times more than I did...
Discography of the Money man.
Admittedly, his videos suck, but Eddie Money himself did not. Putting it into Kris Lang terms, he is probably the opposite of that.
And he's on tour now! (Shakin' in Kannapolis soon!)
I've got 2 tickets to Paradise. . . loaded into my iPod. Apparently, I like Eddie Money, but if you'd asked me who sang that song before I took a look at his discography just now, I would not have been able to tell you that it was Eddie Money.
yeah, he sucked...as opposed to rick springfield who STILL rocks the house to this day!!!
I had to make room for the likes of Starland Vocal Band (10), Hall & Oates (10), Huey Lewis (9), The Captain & Tenille (10), Journey (9) and fingernails scraping a chalkboard (9).
[edit] I actually like Shakin'.
The gun can be used to kill people.
The band can also be used to kill people if they are subject to too much of it.
For some inexplicable reason, I always heard a LOT more .38 Special on North Carolina radio stations than anywhere else. They must be the musical equivalent of Cheerwine (a beverage I have no problem with).
Dude-
His song 'Two tickets to Paradise' stills rocks it for Dukestheheat, baby.
dth.
I saw Eddie Money open for The Clash open for The Who in 1982. Eddie was very good and well received. And he didn't even try to get ahold of the mescaline that was being enjoyed a couple rows in front of me. Perhaps because he was about 1/4 mi away...
