Based on what we hear from Cutcliffe, it sounds like the players never learned how to work hard on a consistent basis. It sounds like the bar was quite low in a number of areas. I don't think that any lack of facilities or administrative commitment can be pegged as the cause for that problem. Except to the extent that it kept us from hiring good coaches.
