Thanks. Took exactly one week at daycare to pick up some crud and share it with (so far just) me.

I don't think every basketball thread eventually leads to a minutes discussion as much as I think it leads to a mention of zone defense. And I'm not 100% certain people know what it is. But they definitely think it has magical properties.

Country ham is obviously better. But not everyone's palate is suited to the intricacies of this delectable meat. So I tend towards country ham, because I'm not a monster. But I would probably have both in a perfect world.

I am in charge of mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. I make the Pioneer Woman's potatoes and I'm trying Joanna Gaines's mac and cheese this year.

Where did mac and cheese at Thanksgiving come from? I had never heard of such a thing until recently.

Yum! We’re doing pecan bars for our dessert this year. Going with southwest butternut squash soup, maple glazed Turkey, potatoes and corn soufflé.

We will have 15-16 people. We go hard-core on the pie. There will also be cherry, coconut, and pecan.
