I lived in the 'nati for awhile; they've taken chili to levels there not seen elsewhere. I've been underwhelmed by Texas offerings. But they do make good beef barbecue around here.

I like turkey sausage because it has taste. Any other turkey needs help with flavor (gravy, cranberries, etc.)

Smoked turkey done well is good too, although behind other smoked meats.

Wild Turkey warms you up on a cold evening. Props.

I don't think it's hyperbole to say that turkey sausage is a tragedy on par with the Lusitania, Titanic and Hindenburg combined. As a matter of fact, I think I'm underselling it.
