Just upping the post count
by noticing we're getting close to the longest thread ever on the main board now, the football coach search has 695 posts.
Grrrrraaave Diggerrrrrrrr!
Kind of a sport...I'm going to monster trucks tonight!!!
I love the monster truck rally. Not only is it as full as the Georgia Dome ever gets, it's just flat out flippin' awesome. I always experience a twinge of guilt, because the whole experience is so profligate and consumptive, but I make up for it by using a couple of $5 words in expressing said guilt;).
It certainly isn't for everyone, but by golly, it is for me. Anyone who ever has a chance, you should go. But only in a super dome setting (one of the new football caverns). I went in the RBC Center last year and was quite underwhelmed...there's just not enough room there for the trucks to really do what they can do.
Tonight, however, even if I walk away merely whelmed, I will be happy, despite the fact that we paid a hefty premium for our seats on StubHub.
Why does yogurt have to be sweet?

Many plain yogurts will work for you. The sugar content in many of these is solely from the milk itself. Fruit-juice sweetening is also pretty common here in the US. When I'm abroad, I usually find myself having more plain yogurt mixed with fresh fruit (especially in the tropics). Usually I find that the fruit added gives me plenty of sweetness. If you're in the Midwest, the BlueBunny line of "superfruit" yogurts don't have added sugar, and are low on sugar count. If you want to avoid all Splenda/fruitjuice added varieties, plain is probably the way to go. Depending on what fruit's in season, I will mix in some fresh banana, papaya, and avocado to a plain. A good mango in a plain yogurt can be quite tasty.
In many places yogurt is served without sweetness. You might consider a recipe for a plain yogurt-based lasse (Indian yogurt drink). You might also check the Stonyfield or Trader Joe (here I am mixing in another thread) Greek-style yogurts.

Words that drive you up the wall?
What word (or words) (or phrases) "drives/drive you up the wall?"
I'll start.
For me, it's "like." A close second is "awesome."
It's FIXIN' to snow outside
If someone fixes me dinner again, I'll scream.
Utilize drives me up the wall, but not nearly as much as insure/ensure.
Its/It's drives me crazy.
Yes, I'm doing a writing-intensive course this semester. I turn the students to the podcast GRAMMAR GIRL.

Did you ever see the web site:

The kids think it's very funny.
That might explain Bo Ryan's weird gazes when they played in CIS. Then again, maybe this explains him:

Speaking of kids' sites...
Earworm alert for this kids' site:
http://www.weinerdograces.com/
It has the potential for many hours of wasted time. Then again, it beats badger, mushroom, snake. It also will be more appreciated by the dog lovers on the thread.
