The ARE is series of 6 compulsory exams that customarily take 3-7 years to finish and, once passed, allow you to apply for a license. You also drop the "apprentice" label. In my travels I find that virtually all cities have just Stellar masking. For some reason airports do not count as cities regardless of location. People don't wear them, or don't wear them correctly. I did listen to a fantastic fivethirtyeight podcast where they basically said if you have been vaccinated then being around morons for a few minutes at a time isn't going to hurt you. I'm not afraid of getting the deathly version or even long covid after having been vaccinated, but it would screw with my schedule and I'm already busy as a mug. Plus I would prefer not to kill people if I pass it along.
