Is there a rule that WBB coaches must find the most hideous & outlandish outfits to wear when coaching?
Just sayin'.
Then again I'm no fashion plate, but even I know to take an outfit off when my eyes hurt looking at it.

Passover seder tomorrow. I really really really really really really really really really really really really hope there's matzo ball soup.*
*I say this because I'm going with my parents to their friends' house, thus I don't know whether there will be soup & matzo balls or not. (It's a given there would be soup if my mom was hosting.) Plus, my mom did a very bad job on recon for me- she totally forgot to ask. :(
So? Was there matzo ball soup?
My daughter, who has been to one Seder in her life, made us Matzohball soup! They were light and fluffy, without being too fluffy! And the entire soup was delicious! She made them from a mix, and the soup was her recipe. It had fresh carrots and celery in it.
Excellent! :)
My family aren't big fans of carrots & celery in the soup (for flavor when cooking yes, but to chomp on & eat no). So what my mom & I do to get our veggies (& add color & lots of flavor!) is to puree some of the carrots, celery, & onions with a little of the broth in a food processor. When it's nice & smooth (smooth is KEY), we pour it back into the soup and mix well. Yummy!
I also use a mix of turkey & chicken when making my soup. More flavor. :D
