Significantly reduced red meat intake and cooking styles(lots of cheese) that resulted in high saturated fats. Less processed foods and snacks, mainly via fruit as a replacement. And a supplement called Cholestoff Complete.
Makes me wonder if I should go the statin route and then if possible eat whatever I would like.
Okay, sticking to the current plan since it is working.
