Friday afternoon we went to SGU Ranch for a tour and to learn about the equine therapy program. One of the people working there is from NC. She is smart enough to be a WolfPack fan. She will be starting vet school in the fall.
I hate Amish roosters.
I'm not sure why.
Standard Elizabethan fare: game meat or fish caught the prior season, cheese (tripe and bread for the peasants) a tankard of ale and an orange spiked with clove to mask the BO of your dinner guests. Really not bad for the era. English cuisine has gone steadily downhill since.
