It is almost grilling season.
We had a mild winter and I don't expect any more snowstorms but I do enjoy bundling up, lighting the grill, putting my beer in a snow drift, and watching the falling flakes melt as they hit the heat emitted by the grill.
So, I agree with the implied answer to your question.
It was mid-to-upper 80's here this weekend, certainly fired up the grill. (smoked two Boston butts a few weeks ago, so I have about 10 pounds of pulled pork in the freezer. Though it goes quicker than one may think.)
Pulled pork tacos for lunch. Luckily it won't turn into a Bubba/shrimp situation.
