My hair is longer than it has been in 35 years.
I don't need a haircut either. I started growing my hair out (for the first time in my life) about 3 years ago. Now I get a trime 2-3 times a year, but that's about it.
Similar to yours, Ymo, my hair is now the longest it's ever been...down to my chest.
I got my roots done in late February.
Well, as for that, I am keeping it real. Starting graying in college and decided then that I would not be a slave to chemicals. I made a pact with one of my best friends from school that we would be two of those old ladies with long gray braids hanging down our backs.
Who remembers sports? Those were fun...
Man, didn't you watch that, uh, stunning display of HORSE the other night?
Sheesh. I'm so going to be thankful for March Madness next go round.
My Tar Heel Neighbor once said "the great thing about sports, is you get to care a lot about something that means nothing."
I have some grey, not a ton, but more than my husband. I decided a long time ago that I never, ever, ever, ever wanted to be asked if I was his mother, so, until he has more grey than I do, I will not be keeping it real. (I am going white, not grey, so, thank you Irish ancestors!) That said, the only non-stage make-up I wear regularly is mascara, so, I keep it real that way.
I have dark black hair which in the wrong lighting might look gray...
Just had an amazingly generous offer from a neighbor. Not going to take them up on the opportunity, but definitely invigorates my belief in the kindness of people.
Something a little more upbeat to close the night:

I think the self haircut will happen on Saturday.
Sigh, 225 person conference call.
