Question about online reminder service

A friend of mine recommended Jott (http://jott.com/) to keep up with all the "stuff" to do, particularly when you are traveling. He's a big road warrior, and raves about this--you call a toll-free number and the system emails you what you said. You can also send reminders to other people. I've been on the website, and so far am not finding a big downside. It's free (for now), and they have a pretty clear privacy policy. Anybody out there use this? Thoughts (good or bad)? Thanks.
