I am eager to hear responses to the trivia contest at the end of the podcast. How did ya'll do?
Me? I did terribly, but this trivia was a farce. It doesn’t count haha. 😊
Here are the questions asked in the trivia contest.
Of note: All questions are confined to the "Podcast era" which began with the first games of the 2014-15 season:
• Duke has played UNC the most since we started the Pod in 2014-15, how many times have we played? Bonus points if you can name who we have played the second most and how many times we have played them
• Duke has played 6 non-conference teams at least 3 times each… name them.
• In terms of points + rebounds + assists + blocks – who had the best single season at Duke? Bonus points for 2nd and 3rd
• Most single season assists? Bonus points for 2nd and 3rd
• Most total blocked shots? Bonus points for 2nd and 3rd
• Best 3 point percentage in a single season (at least 1 3FGA per game Duke played)? Bonus points for 2nd and 3rd
• Name every consensus top 5 recruit signed since the pod started
• How many times has Duke topped 100 points in the podcast era? Bonus, within 5 points, what is the most points Duke has scored in a game?
• Among teams Duke has played at least 5 times, who do we have the best record against?
• Among teams Duke has played at least 5 times, who do we have the worst record against?
Listened to both 239&240 today. Even my SO listened for the first time! She said she will listen to more in the future, so y’all did good!
And I guessed Brandon Ingram as a top five recruit!
I figured some folks might pause and try to answer as I asked each one. Ingram is, sadly, easy to forget because it came in the wake of the natty and Grayson's play that season sorta overshadowed the rest of the team.Quote:
