Welcome to DBR!

We hope you enjoy our community. If this is your first visit, please take a moment to read this post and the Decorum & Posting Guidelines before posting, and also the FAQ for a bit of context. We're committed to civility and rational discourse while having fun talking Duke, sports, and other stuff too. If you can register with an email address associated with Duke all the better.

You'll mostly find Duke topics, as well as general college sports and other basketball topics, on the EK Board. Pretty much everything else goes in Off-Topic. Ticket requests and offers have their own area. We generally try to keep discussions on the same topic in the same thread - please check for an existing thread before creating a new one.

We have both a standard "Blue" look for full feature browsers and a slimmed down "Mobile" look for devices. You can switch between them at the bottom of each page. If you run into any trouble using the board, please contact me via PM or use the "Contact Us" link, also at the bottom of each page.

If you browse while logged in, the blue "new" button, http://www.dukebasketballreport.com/...s/firstnew.png, will always take you back to your place in a thread.

If you'd like to, you may add a Comment to a post. On posts especially better or worse than average, rather than saying "POTW" or jumping on someone, you can give a thumbs-up or thumbs-down and add a comment for the original poster. There is an icon,http://www.dukebasketballreport.com/...tation-40b.png, (+/- in Mobile), in the lower left part of each post for this. When you float your mouse over it, you'll see "What do you think of this post?" Remember, civility applies here, too!

Comments are reflected in points, and points are reflected in pitchforks (or flames) by your username. You can only comment on recent posts, only a few times a day, and you have to spread 'em around between different members. You can see the last few comments you've received on your settings page.

If you come across a post that shouldn't be here at all - that doesn't follow the posting guidelines - please report it by clicking the whistle, Attachment 3734, in the lower left part of each post - someone from the Moderator team will look into it.
