What line/ship?

My wife and I went on Royal Carribean's Voyager of the Seas (at the time the world's largest; now joined by several sister ships. And soon to be surpassed.)

We had a blast! I love cruising!!! (She loved it too, but not as much as me. We haven't went since - partly because our daughter is only 6. As she gets older, we all may go since she'll be old enough to enjoy it.)

I think its Royal Carribean. We aren't paying for it!

My husband I went on a Windstar Cruise through the Greek Islands and now I will never go on one of those giant cruise lines... well except for Alaska.

Oh, if you are going to take any excursions, be sure to sign up for the ones you KNOW you want to take, right after you get on the boat. They can fill up fast.

I would highly recommend small ship cruising in Alaska. In Chatham Strait, our captain was getting as close to the whales as he could and the big ships just sailed on through. Also, the day we went to Sitka, the seas were rough, so the big ships had to skip it as they needed an ocean approach. Being a small ship, we didn't have to go out into ocean waters and had a lovely day without the 3 big ships that were scheduled to be there at the same time. :)

Does this mean that Bluedawg's pursuit of EarlJam on postcount will go on hiatus? What's the Wifi & computer situation?

Cheers,

Disney has a cruise line that's a huge success for families with children. The coolest part is the private island that Disney owns. Is your daughter a Disney fan?

Being on a ship out at sea is one of the most peaceful events one can experience - until it storms! Here's to "Fair Winds and Following Seas" for the duration of your cruise.

Had a great time. We were on the "Enchantment of the Seas"

and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I'm going on the Disney Wonder for a 3 day trip this Thursday. I went on it last year and it was the best vacation I've ever had. I hope Bertha doesn't mess things up this year though.
