I don't know if those guys are like the Monkeys and are the fake band for the new Millenium, but the songs are great. Not only funny, but actually musically good. The best has to be the last, but the first when the guy sings "yeeha" and the old lady gives him the evil eye is great.
Anyways, for those that want to sing along for a product I don't care about but will probably (or at least should be) featured in a marketing class in the next decade..here are the lyrics. F R E E .....:D

WELL I WAS SHOPPING FOR A NEW CAR
WHICH ONE’S ME?
A COOL CONVERTABLE
OR AN S-U-V
TOO BAD I DIDN’T KNOW MY CREDIT WAS WHACK
CAUSE NOW I’M DRIVING OFF THE LOT IN A USED SUB COMPACT
F-R-E-E THAT SPELLS FREE
CREDIT REPORT DOT COM BABY!
SAW THEIR ADS ON MY TV
THOUGHT ABOUT GOING BUT WAS TOO LAZY
NOW INSTEAD OF LOOKIN FLY AND ROLLIN FAT
MY LEGS ARE STICKING TO THE VINYL
AND MY POSSE’S GETTING LAUGHED AT
F-R-E-E THAT SPELLS FREE
CREDIT REPORT DOT COM BABY!

While I don't care much for the band or the commercial (sorry, no offense), I want to point out that you really shouldn't use this company. The only real free credit report (that I know of) is through www.annualcreditreport.com and anything else will try to sign you up for non-free items like "monthly credit watch" and other BS like that, and charge you a monthly fee.

Here's an MSNBC article (http://redtape.msnbc.com/2006/09/dont_fall_for_f.html) about it, via The Consumerist (http://consumerist.com/consumer/credit-reports/dont-pay-for-your-credit-report-200374.php)

If you did not notice, I have posted a poll at the top of this thread to resolve the burning question of which of these songs are best.

--Jason "as a CNN employee I have heard all of these songs dzoens of times" Evans

The freecreditreport.com guy is a phony (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26061279/page/2/)...sniffle.
They give a nice shout out to Superchunk though!

I just saw a new one where he and the band are on bicycles. It is terrible! :(

The FreeCreditReport.tool is quickly climbing the ladder to the top of my Least Favorite Commercial Personalities List (to be known as LFCPL from here on).

Jared from Subway currently holds 1st place on the LFCPL. FreeCreditReport.tool is some where between Jared and anyone and everyone who has ever starred in an Old Navy commerical

I'd put the Geico Gecko on the list but he's not real.

How about the Geico cave men? Where do they fall on your list of joyful TV moments?

Kinda like em, a little tired of them and definitely prefer them over the current series where famous people reenact a real person's claim. The one where two cavemen are fighting on the balcony at a party, and the other one interrupts them because he and is girlfriend are back together always makes me giggle.

I think these are some really catchy tunes. Not one for doing business with a company just because they have a cute duck, or a cute little jingle, but these songs are really funny.

This company is a scam that stealthily charges you 15 dollars a month for your "free" credit report. Don't be fooled by their catchy jingles! They are a bunch of con artists and their CEO should be in jail!
