And taking the award for most points scored in the 2007 tournament, Tennessee put up 121! Guess their defense was a little less stellar, as they allowed 86.

I'm trying to find stats, but that has to be the highest total points scored in years....

According to espn - The point total matched the most in a first-round game, set by UNLV in 1977 against San Francisco.
