21 point, 9 rebounds. I know he's trying to make a run for the NBA, but I don't think he'll get picked up. He simply can't move very well. He is almost always the last one down the court and he seems to really struggle getting started with his stride. But he seems to be a super nice kid who has lived a very hard life due to his size.

I think someone will pick George up, if only to test him out in the D'league. I'd give him $40K to play offense for 10mpg.

I agree that George will get a shot, subject to some medical tests. He is worth a lot for 10-15 minutes a game. You may recall that in his later years Wilt was not too swift in getting down the court.

Give me a break. Wilt at 50 was a world class vollyball player. At 50 I would take him over George!

People on this board seem to be in absolute awe of Wilt. I agree that he had great talent, but I don't think he ever did much to develop it. What did he win? Not much, compared to Russell. Russell was a team guy, Wilt played for Wilt. In his last years, he would only take certain shots, because he wanted to set a shooting percent record that could never be broken.
I agree that Kenny George is no Wilt, but he can contribute to a team.
