Coach K should have rested him more. Why didn't we develop more depth?

Oh wait- my bad. Wrong season. :)

Please lighten up, everybody! At least we didn't have to say goodbye to four amazing seniors earlier than expected, like we did last year. I'd take a repeat of tonight's loss over last season's loss to LSU any day.

Seeing Duke seniors leave without the championship they worked so hard for is much more difficult than being bummed about this young team's inability to win close games.

And if anyone tries to talk trash to you about Duke's season tomorrow, well thankfully we have the easiest comeback: at least we made the post-season, unlike UConn (God, whatever happened to them??).

Also, that t-shirt was holding him back.

He wouldn't be as tired if we played more zone.

If we played more zone, Michael Thompson wouldn't have transferred.

If Thompson hadn't transferred, we would have beaten UConn in 2004.

If we had beaten UConn in 2004, we'd have better recruiting and better player personnel now.

If we had better players now, we wouldn't have lost to VCU.

I blame JJ's t-shirt and our failure to play more zone.

He's getting plenty of rest this year!

Do you disagree that with Thompson eating minutes/ultimately guarding Okafor instead of Deng, we would have probably beaten UConn? Because seeing Okafor rip the ball out of freshman Deng's hands instead of going up against a 7' Thompson sort of proves that...

I was a soph that year, and I'm still ripped sh!t about that game. We had that in the bag. Esp. if Thompson was still around.

Ask the Chicago Bulls who was better in 2004, Luol Deng or Michael Thompson.
