Bilas Nominated for an Emmy!!

Haven't seen this mentioned here, but they have announced on the Big East broadcast that Jay Bilas has been nominated for an Emmy for sports studio analyst. Rafferty is really letting him have it and even the play-by-play guy has joined in (the winner will be selected on the strength on his last 12 performances - LOL). They seem to genuinely be having a good time. Jay has been very modest, stating that his only plan is to congratulate Collinsworth when he wins.

Well, Bilas is VERY close to Bobby Knight (Jay got the first interview) and Knight has now come out of the closet as a big Duke fan. Maybe Bobby will convince Jay to like Duke ;)
